Trainee Program

The entry door to Estáter.

An important tool to attract new talents and guarantee the organic growth of Estáter, the trainee program consolidated itself as the entry door for the formation of future partners and the dissemination of our culture.

The current program, which initiated in 2004, has an expressive retention rate: of the 19 people who are part of the advisory, treasury and investments teams (including partners), 12 were hired through the program. Each year, new openings for trainees are available and, after the 12-month program concludes, potential hires are defined. During the program, trainees rotate through the advisory, treasury and investment areas.
