An important tool to attract new talents, the trainee program consolidated itself as the entry door for the formation of future partners and the dissemination of our culture.
The current program, which initiated in 2004, has an expressive retention rate. Each year, new openings for trainees are available and, after the 12-month program concludes, potential hires are defined. During the program, trainees rotate through the M&A, Business Management, Financial Restructuring.
